ON SILVER SCREEN'S AND IN MAGAZINE'S

Well, there's no magazine's just yet, but TFP's small screen debut is fast approaching. They'll be appearing on the OMNI Television series METROPIA on Friday, August 5th at 10:30 pm (Omni 2) and Sunday, August 7th at 11:00 PM (Omni 1). For those who don't know, the band's own James Dallas Smith plays 'Garth' on the series and in a strange instance of art imitating life, his band (called The Free Press - fancy that!) is playing at a loft party. Lots of scandal, lots of drama and lots of fun (if truth be told, most of the band - we won't say who exactly - spent the filming day drinking in their trailer! THAT'S rock and roll!!!) Anyway, they tear through a version of 'All the Beautiful People' (see if you can spot Alex's glasses flying off his face!) and underscore the rest of the episode with a great performance of 'Storms'. Check it out.

Also, TFP began planning to shoot a video for 'Storms' this week. Filming is scheduled for late August and we hope it will be onto Much & Much More Music by the early fall. Our good friends Steve Burley & Alex Nadon (a gifted film director/actor and brilliant lighting designer/musician/director of photography) are lending their hands to the project. It's an exciting time to be part of TFP family. We'll keep you posted on the progress.
