Crazy From the Heat

Yes, we just quoted David Lee Roth. Why not? Tight pants, scissor kicks over the drum kit, big hair, sweaty sex symbol and one of the best rock yells of all time! That's the sort of thing that's kept us busy and kept us up nights since the last piece of news. In fact, those of you who caught any of our last few shows would say check, check, check, check and check (Len had a particularly soulful holler at our NXNE showcase at the Savannah Room). To those of you who did catch one of our last few shows, thanks for coming out. For those of you who didn't; shame on you. We'll see you June 23rd in Burlington or July 14th at the Rivoli. If not, we'll see you on your doorstep with some of the Sopranos who are now out of work. Just a warning: a lot of them have got a little too 'into their character' if you know what we mean.

The record is coming along beautifully. Still no official timeline for its release, but we're hopeful that it'll be out in the late summer. Our producer is hoarding the tracks like a Leprechaun hoards gold, so there's nothing to post yet, but he's got to sleep sometime. And as soon as he does, we'll steal a track or two and post it up here. Hopefully you'll agree with us that it's worth the wait. We couldn't be more excited about getting our mitts on the record.
